Restorative Yoga

Restorative is a release and let go practice. Supported by props, you get the benefits of all the asanas, but you are held by the props and you can go as deep (physically as you like) the practice is typically held longer to allow the body to achieve rest. The practice is often used in preparation for pranayama or breathing.

Combination

A mix of styles for the whole body to practice.

Yin

Yin yoga is a deeper practice, slow paced. Poses are held for a longer period of time, often for up to 3-5 mins. There is time in between to allow the body to reset and let this practice wash over the body.

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a wonderful practice, not just for people for need support. Chairs help with alignment and let us explore a pose more deeply. If you sit all day, you can sit in your chair and take a movement break.

Vinyasa

Vinyasa is a style of yoga where there is a chance to connect breath to movement. My style is also to weave in awareness of alignment, bringing a true mind, body, sprit connection.
